Joseph Rodriguez is a visionary CEO and President and an accomplished executive leader and communication professional. He leads two distinct entrepreneurial ventures: Collectives Public Relations Agency and Collective Refreshments, a Latinx agua fresca juice brand that incorporates supplements, focusing on adaptogens and CBD.
With experience spanning corporate, non-profit, and creative industries, Joseph holds strategic leadership positions in Operations, Development, and Marketing, showcasing exceptional capacity for high-level management. Known for crafting compelling narratives, building meaningful connections, and creating impactful messages that resonate with diverse audiences , he is passionate about using storytelling to inspire action, foster connection, and drive positive change. He is skilled at managing multiple projects, developing innovative communication strategies, and elevating brand narratives to enhance engagement and visibility.
Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Joseph grew up in sunny Southern California in National City. He holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Public Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Syracuse University , and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
His diverse professional history includes strategic roles like Regional Operations & Marketing Manager and Programs and Communications Associate. His operational expertise includes leading beverage innovation , optimizing workflows, and cultivating a high-performing work culture. As a communications leader, he has directed social media, email, and in-store campaigns to grow brand visibility , enhanced media coverage , and boosted stakeholder engagement, demonstrating his ability to drive significant business results across various sectors.
